Is this “your page violated a policy” or brand-collab message a scam?

Very likely. Creators and page owners are targeted two ways: a fake “policy violation, confirm within 24 hours” threat, and a fake “paid collab” that leads to a credential-phishing link. Real platforms don't DM you a countdown, and real brands don't onboard you through a random link.

How to verify it yourself

  • Check notifications inside the official app, never through a message link.
  • A 24-hour countdown is pressure, not policy.
  • For collab offers, confirm the brand through its verified account or official email domain.
  • Never enter your login on a page you reached from a DM.
